GR Gaming is looking for a sponsorship manager to secure sponsorships for GR Gaming and manage relationships with our current sponsors.
Identify potential sponsors that align with the organization's goals, values, and target audience
Create and refine sponsorship packages including logo placement, naming rights, speaking opportunities, VIP access, and promotional opportunities.
Develop promotional plans that include social media campaigns, email marketing, advertising, public relations efforts, partnerships with media outlets or influencers, and other relevant promotional activities
Write a winning pitch to convince potential sponsors to support the organization
Provide case studies and statistics demonstrating the benefits of sponsoring the event or organization.
Manage relationships with GR Gaming's sponsors and ensure they receive the benefits promised in the sponsorship packages
Analyze sponsorship data and provide insights to improve sponsorship performance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Esports industry and the organization's target audience
Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing sponsorship packages
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members
A formal education in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience in sponsorship management or a related field is highly valued
