GR Gaming is looking for a YouTube thumbnail artist to create captivating and high-quality thumbnails that accurately represent GR Gaming's video content and resonate with our target audience. 

• Collaborate with GR Gaming's content production team to understand the video's essence and target audience
• Design custom YouTube thumbnails that accurately represent the video content and resonate with the target audience
• Use graphic design software to create high-quality and visually appealing thumbnails
• Stay up to date with graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design
• Coordinate with the thumbnail production team to ensure all assets are captured

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design
• Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with GR Gaming's content production team
• A formal education in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in creating YouTube thumbnails or other graphic design work is highly valued
